The Lakes Venue hosts various types of corporate events by the day or by the week. Multi-facted events are possible and we will work with you as needed to secure caterers and other vendors for your event. The Lakes Venue is the perfect setting to host many community events. Our Venue can accommodate a large gathering of 500 or more to a private assembly of less than 20. We desire to be THE gathering place for events that bring our community together. The Lakes Venue provides a convenient and beautifully different location for many community gatherings, such as civic organization events, class reunions, religious or worship assemblies, summer camp events, community trade fairs or holiday markets, musical concerts, art fairs, formal dances or proms, or non-profit fundraising dinners, just to name a few.
At The Lakes Venue, we have discovered that every vision shared with us, for each client event served, is unique & different. Therefore, instead of trying to require our clients to fit their vision into our pricing box, we have found it more productive, especially for larger events, if we meet onsite first, discuss the vision & then customize a quote. We do have half- day set pricing for smaller events such as birthdays, showers, dinners, etc. once client info & event needs are shared.
We cannot hold dates, but we will give you first right of refusal for your chosen date once we meet. We will only do so until the quote submitted to you expires or is accepted, which if accepted, then requires the contract to be signed, and the Non-refundable deposit to be received. At that point, your date is secured and yours!!
At The Lakes Venue, we are blessed to have multiple areas for any ceremony or event. The Lakeview Event Center hosts both sheltered outdoor use and indoor facilities in one building. The Lakeview Pavillion is 7400 sq ft of outdoor, covered space which is attached to the Lakeview Grand Room, a 2400 sq foot indoor heated & cooled area, via large roll up glass doors. Both with fireplaces. Totally outside, we have several lakeside, wooded, or meadow areas for events, large or intimate, as well.
The accommodations at The Lakes Venue & Lakeview Event Center will depend upon the spaces utilized, the tables, chairs, & the layout chosen. We can host an intimate setting for two or host a total max mixed setting capacity of 500-600 depending upon the considerations above mentioned. We will be glad to assist you with visual layouts if needed.
The Lakes Venue is a private, hidden gem of over 200 acres located practically within the city limits of Lawrenceburg, just under one mile from the four lanes of US Highway 43 (N - S) and US Highway 64 (E-W) both connected via Prosser Rd. Our entrance is at 761 Prosser Rd. Access is easy. We are within approx. 5 miles to all local hotel lodging. UBER and LYFT are available as well. Our Lakeview Event Center is equipped with business Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, & pending projectors & screens.
All wedding events must have a coordinator designated or event planner on-site. They must be familiar with all venue and vendor policies and abide said policies.
Yes, fur babies are allowed for the ceremony and photography needs only. All pets must remain on leash and under the supervision of a pet- sitter ( this can be a friend ) who will watch them at all times and return them home after their participation in the pictures and ceremony are complete.
No, if any alcohol is to be present and served by hosts to guests on the premises, there must be a TN licensed bartender on site and we must have their license and insurance on file.
